CTC and incentivs	For the 1st Year : CTC – 2.0 LPA (Rs. 16703 p.m) (Training) For 2nd year : CTC – 2.65 LPA(Rs. 22123 p.m  If the employee is posted in Project Site, he will get site and food allowances.
Designation	Graduate Engineer Trainee (1st Year) On successful completion of Training, employee would be designated as Engineer
Role & Responsibilities	Quality, Execution , Planning in Project Sites.
Joining Locations	Joining  in  Hyderabad. Should be in Hyderabad until they complete the class room training. Later they may be posted to any of our project sites.
Joining Period	August-September
Selection Process (No. of Interview Rounds)	Online Test comprising of Technical, IQ, English & Maths (Should qualify in each section) Shortlisted candidates will be called for F2F Technical Shortlisted in F2F Technical will be called for F2F –HR Selected candidates will be offered employment
% Cut-off	65% in B.E/B.Tech , 70% in 10th & 12th
Any Bond	Service agreement of 5 Years. Father of the candidate should sign the service agreement as surety.   Selected candidates have to deposit their original certificates of 10th, Inter, B.Tech along with marks sheets. (Certificates will be returned back after completion of 5 years of service in the organization)
